This book is written to educate and re-educate timeshare owners. It is also written to show you the “Secret” of Timeshare and the greatest tax benefits to be found by being a timeshare owner. If you already own, and you want to skip to the end for the “secret” ok, but sometimes it helps to go back to the basics and see if you have forgotten anything along the way.
 
If you currently do not own a timeshare, please read this cover-to-cover. I have tried to keep it so simple my three-year old grandson Jake will understand (well sort-of).
 
This is the way I explain this to current owners: If you need a doctor you don’t call a lawyer, if you need a plumber, you don’t call an electrician and if you want to “master” your timeshare, find a vacation consultant and learn from him/her. You see this maybe two to three times a year. A vacation consultant will see this two to three times a day. No offense intended but, who do you think should know a little more about timeshare vacations? If you said the vacation consultant, welcome to my world.
 
And if you believe you need to talk to your lawyer, financial planner, accountant, mom or dad, brother or sister, uncle or aunt, your cousin, your bookie or priest (he said smiling…ok, maybe not your bookie or priest) before you become an owner, let me ask you one question: Are any of them going on vacation with you? If not, who are they to tell you how to travel and where to stay? This is something only you can decide.
